At ACU, we believe that where you come from doesn’t have to define where you’re going. The ACU Equity Scholarships are intended to financially assist students who are experiencing disadvantage.

5. Eligible Country: Australia (Domestic students only)

Eligibility Criteria for Australian Catholic University Equity Scholarship 2026

This scholarship is open to applicants who meet all of the following criteria, as of the scholarship application closing date:

1. Citizenship: domestic students
2. Course: any ACU undergraduate degree
3. Study load: full time* enrolment in Semester 1, 2026
4. Financial hardship
5. Must be in a Commonwealth Supported Place
6. Must not have completed the requirements of a course of study equivalent to or higher than an Australian bachelor award.

*Exceptional circumstances may be considered for a part-time study load.

1. This scholarship is valued at $2,000, to be paid in one lump sum

How to Apply

All applications must be submitted directly to UAC.

UAC processes all applications for this scholarship. Students located in any Australian state must follow the UAC application process. There is no fee for submitting a scholarship application.

Scholarship offers are made after each round that ACU participates in. It is recommended that you apply for this scholarship as early as possible to be considered in the relevant scholarship offer round/s.
