Global Leadership Challenge 2025 for Emerging Leaders

The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025 is a premier leadership fellowship designed to equip emerging leaders with the wisdom, character, and collaborative mindset required for responsible global impact. Hosted by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, the program brings together young professionals and postgraduate students from around the world to co-create solutions to global challenges.

From 11–15 December 2025, selected participants will work in multinational teams on real-world impact projects defined by GLC’s partners, with a strong focus on sustainability and responsible leadership.

Eligibility Criteria for Global Leadership Challenge 2025 for Emerging Leaders

You must:

1. Be 21–30 years old
2. Be either a current Master’s or PhD student OR a young professional
3. Have completed an undergraduate degree
4. Demonstrate a track record of responsible leadership through work or projects
5. Be available for five half-days between 11–15 December 2025
