RMIT University Gavin Teague Memorial Scholarship 2026

The Gavin Teague Memorial Scholarship supports students in the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BP201) at RMIT University who can demonstrate both artistic merit and personal or financial challenges affecting their studies. The scholarship provides a one-off payment of up to $1,300 for second- or third-year full-time students beginning in 2026. Eligible applicants may be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or international students living in Australia for at least two years.

Complete the online application by the close date. Partial applications will not be assessed.

Supporting documentation

Depending on your circumstances, you will need to provide different types of evidence and material to support your scholarship application. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered.

You will also need:

  1. A selection of five examples of your own, original artistic work (.jpeg or .mp3/mp4) (no larger than 1MB/1024KB formatted to open on MAC hardware).

These can be uploaded directly to your application or you will need to provide the web link(s) if they have been uploaded to Soundcloud, Vimeo or YouTube.
