ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund – Canada 2025 (Up to C$40,000)

Applications are open for the ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund—Canada 2025. The ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund goals to speed up world decarbonization efforts by supporting impactful tasks in Canada. Applicants can both launch a brand new neighborhood venture, develop a current one, or introduce a confirmed social innovation program designed by a world community of changemakers with confirmed constructive impact in different communities.

Eligibility Criteria for ServiceNow Community Improvement Fund – Canada 2025 (Up to C$40,000)

1. The project must address the theme of decarbonization.
2. Projects must take place in Canada.
3. Applicant must be a school or a registered non-profit organization eligible to receive grant funding (relevant documentation will need to be provided).
4. Projects should include opportunities for ServiceNow employees to volunteer in the project activation or implementation.
5. Applicants (the organization's representative submitting the application) must be at least 18 years old.

We appreciate the time and effort put into each application. We value transparency, and while we welcome all submissions, we want to let you know that we expect to fund only about 3-5 projects in Canada.

How to Apply

1. Apply below by 8 May, 2025 (PDT).
2. Wait for your application to be reviewed. We'll let you know if it was successful by 25 Jun, 2025 (PDT).
3. If successful, complete some simple steps within 30 days before starting your project.
4. Receive the first portion of funding and use it to make your project happen!
5. Share your project's impact to unlock the final portion of funding.

Funding is allocated after the closing date, when we review all of the project applications. We'll let you know if your project was successful by 25 Jun, 2025 (PDT).
