The Telfer Students’ Association (AéTSA) is committed to creating an inclusive, equitable environment for all students at the Telfer School of Management. We believe that individual excellence can be achieved through academic, personal, and professional growth and that this growth is fostered through engagement and passion.

This award recognizes the exemplary spirit and leadership of an undergraduate Telfer student who has been involved in any of the clubs and associations run by undergraduate students at the Telfer School of Management.

Eligibility Criteria for AéTSA Student Engagement Awards at University of Ottawa 2025

The applicant must:

  1. be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected/refugee status or an international student;
  2. be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa; and
  3. demonstrate at least one year’s experience as an executive member of any of the clubs or associations run by students at the Telfer School of Management.

How to Apply

Applications must be made through Online Scholarships and Bursaries, which can be accessed through the uoZone portal, and should include:

  1. a letter (max. 500 words) detailing the applicant’s experience and involvement as an executive member of any of the clubs and associations that are run by students at the Telfer School of Management; and
  2. An official confirmation letter (from the club or association) that the applicant is part of a student-run club or association at the Telfer School of Management.
