Eligibility Criteria for Amazon Small Business Grants 2025 ($25,000 grant)

1. Must be a U.S.-based small business with a U.S. headquarters;
2. Must be an Amazon Business customer;
3. Must have less than $1 million in annual revenue;
4. Must have made at least one purchase on Amazon Business in the 12 months prior to May 1, 2025;
5. Applicant must be over 18 years old;
6. Limit one (1) Application per account for an Eligible Business during the Contest Period.

1. 1 Grand Prize: $25,000 Monetary Grant
2. 4 Finalists: $20,000 Monetary Grant each
3. 10 Semi-Finalists: $15,000 Monetary Grant each
