The Aspire Leaders Program welcomes limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates from around the world to join a free online interactive leadership development journey that is manageable along your other commitments.

Eligibility Criteria for Aspire Leaders Program for Low-Income College Students and Recent Graduates 2025

1. 18-29 years old
2. Limited-income background or first-generation to attend university
3. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated; not a postgraduate student or graduate of a postgraduate program

Processes

Module 1 ~3 Weeks: Personal & Professional Development

1. Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
2. Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.
3. Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.

Module 2 ~5 Weeks: Aspire Horizons Course

Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.

Topics:

1. Understanding Yourself as a Leader.
2. Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust
3. Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
4. Addressing Community Challenges
5. Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide

Masterclasses: Offered Throughout the Program

Immersive Learning

1. Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world.
2. Live learning and discussions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.
