BRAC’s Young Professionals Programme is designed to nurture the next generation of thoughtful, purpose-driven leaders in international development. This immersive journey offers young talent the opportunity to engage directly with complex social challenges and learn by doing in communities, alongside people.
As a Young Professional, you will gain practical experience through meaningful, on-the-ground work. You'll strengthen your leadership and problem-solving skills while contributing to efforts that support people to realize their potential, with dignity and hope.

Eligibility Criteria for BRAC Young Professionals Programme 2025
- We welcome fresh graduates and young professionals with a minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. While experience isn’t essential, we value curiosity, empathy, and a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of challenges.
- We especially encourage those who have shown resilience, faced personal struggles, bounced back, and kept pushing forward to apply.
