Eligibility Criteria for Call for Applications: Telcel NextGen Graduate Programme 2025

Demonstrate creativity and adaptability

• Passion for customers and commercial savviness

• Very good academic record evidenced by

University degree earned no later than April 2025 or

Master’s Degree earned or on track to receive one by September 2025

• Critical thinking, taking initiative and analytical skills

• Proficient in English

• Should have completed their National Service by Oct/Nov 2025

• Ghanaian graduates between 18 and 25 years
