Canon Female Photoiournalist Grant 2025 (up to €8,000)

This year, they will be happy to present the work of Cynthia Boll (2024 Winner) on the social impact of the relocation of Indonesia's capital city from Jakarta to the new capital, Nusantara, on the island of Borneo.

Eligibility Criteria for Canon Female Photoiournalist Grant 2025 (up to €8,000)

Open to female professional photojournalists;
Must have completed at least one photo-reportage (published or not);
No nationality restrictions;
Must be able to communicate in French and/or English;
The grant is awarded to individuals only.

Benefits of Canon Female Photoiournalist Grant 2025 (up to €8,000)

The 2025 winner will receive the grant with prize money of €8,000 to produce her project.

Applicants must submit a complete, anonymous dossier including:

Signed application form
Copy of ID or passport
Affidavit of professional status
Curriculum vitae
Anonymous project description (max 1 page)
Project budget, including any co-financing details (must be pre-approved by Canon and Images Evidence)
