Carleton University are awarding the Prestige Scholarships to students who are entering Carleton directly from high school or CÉGEP with an admission average of 90 per cent or better.

Eligibility Criteria for Carleton University Prestige Scholarships 2026-2027
- Must be entering Carleton directly from high school or CEGEP.
- Minimum admission average of 90% or higher.
- Strong record of community involvement or extracurricular activities.
- Must not have attended any previous post-secondary institution (excluding CEGEP).
Benefits of Carleton University Prestige Scholarships 2026-2027
- Chancellor’s Scholarship: $32,000 ($8,000 per year for 4 years)
- Richard Lewar Entrance Scholarship: $21,500 total
- Scholarship of Excellence / SHAD / Jay Woo & CAA Scholarships: $20,000 ($5,000 per year)
- Riordon & Collins Prestige Scholarships: Full tuition for 4 years (capped at domestic rate)
- All awards are renewable with a GPA of 10.0 annually.
How to Apply
- Download the 2026-2027 Prestige Scholarship Application Form
- Complete the form and prepare one reference letter.
- Email both the application and reference letter to awards@carleton.ca.
- Include your Carleton student number in the email.
- Ensure the reference letter is signed by the referee.
