The De Beers Group International Graduate Development Programme 2025 is a two-year rotational graduate programme open to young Batswana graduates. This full-time opportunity gives participants the chance to make an impact from day one, undertaking real-life placements across various business units within De Beers.

The program covers nine unique placements across business functions such as:

AI, Data Analytics & Forecasting
Finance/Accounting
Commercial
Operations
Project Management
Technical
Legal
Human Resources/Organizational Psychology
Marketing

The 24-month program may include international rotations and is based in Gaborone, Botswana.
