Eligibility Criteria for Digby and Area Health Service Charitable Foundation Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Scholarship 2025

To qualify and apply for the LPN Scholarship, applicants must:

1. Be a resident of Atlantic Canada
2. Be accepted into or currently enrolled in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate program at an accredited Canadian institution
3. Commit to providing one year of nursing service in the Digby area for each year the scholarship is received (service to begin within five years of licensing)
4. Maintain academic excellence to be eligible for renewal (up to two additional years)
