Eligibility Criteria for Kolio Ficheto Bulgarian Engineering Scholarship 2026

To be eligible, candidates must have attained the conditions below by Friday, 29 May 2026:

1. Possess an Overseas fee status;
2. Being of Bulgarian nationality;
3. Have an offer of admission from the university to study a three-year or four-year full-time undergraduate course in the designated Departments or School listed below starting in autumn 2026;
4. Chemical Engineering
5. Computing
6. Dyson School of Design Engineering
7. Mechanical Engineering
8. Being educated at a state-funded high school in Bulgaria, and
9. The household income of £70,000 or under per year

Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students

What happens next:

Qualified candidates who complete the application form will be ranked by the Faculty of Engineering based on their statement, together with their UCAS application. The successful candidates shall be notified by 31 July 2026.
