The Youth Talent Program is a two-day career development programme that will expose you to world-class insights on productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Led by LBS faculty and industry experts, this programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career and even a doctoral degree.

Eligibility Criteria for Lagos Business School Young Talent Program 2025

  1. Applicant must have graduated with a first- or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
  2. Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application
  3. Applicant may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)

    4. Note: Previous participants of the YTP are not eligible to apply
