My World Scholarships 2025 at Bath Spa University

The MyWorld Scholarship offers financial support of up to £5,000 to UK students from underrepresented backgrounds who are pursuing a postgraduate taught degree related to the creative technologies industry. This scholarship is available for study at Bath Spa University, as well as the University of Bristol, University of Bath, and UWE Bristol, during the 2025/26 academic year. It is designed to help students access higher education and progress toward a career in creative technologies.

Eligibility Criteria for My World Scholarships 2025 at Bath Spa University

1. Are eligible for Home (UK) tuition fees.
2. Are from a group underrepresented in Higher Education (refer to the official Terms and Conditions for specific criteria).
3. Hold an offer to study a postgraduate taught course (or micro-credential) at Bath Spa University in the 2025/26 academic year.
4. Your course is linked to the creative technologies industry (e.g. digital media, computing, games design, immersive tech, VFX, creative AI).
5. Intend to pursue a career in the creative technologies industry after your studies.
6. Will study either full-time or part-time at Bath Spa University.
7. Will enroll and actively engage in the course.
8. Will only need funding for the 2025/26 academic year (note: the scheme ends after this year, so future years won’t be funded).

Benefits of My World Scholarships 2025 at Bath Spa University

Awards of up to £5,000 (pro rata for the amount of credit they are studying) will be paid against the student’s tuition fees for a postgraduate taught degree programme as a fee reduction/waiver.

How to Apply

Before you can apply for the Scholarship, you must already be holding an offer of study starting in the academic year 2025/26.

Application for the MyWorld Scholarships is via completion of the following MyWorld Scholarship application form 2025/26 only – any other types of application will not be accepted.

All applications must have been completed and submitted by 09:00 on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
