The Graduate Program is designed to provide you with practical experience, mentorship, and the skills necessary to excel in your chosen field. Over twenty-four (24) months, you will rotate through various departments, gaining comprehensive insight into our operations and contributing to projects.

The ideal candidates will possess

Education: Graduates not later than the Class of 2023 with the following degrees

1. Data Science,
2. Cyber Security Analytics
3. Digital Banking,
4. Process Optimization
5. Agribusiness Management

The prospects should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience: No work experience required. Previous internship is a plus, but not mandatory.
