Girls Who Invest (GWI) is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming the investment management industry by increasing the representation of women in portfolio management and leadership roles. Through tuition-free education, internships, and community support, GWI equips college students with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to thrive in finance. Their programs combine academic training with real-world experience to prepare young women to become future leaders in investment.
