Ulster University, named the UK and Ireland University of the Year (Times Higher Education Awards 2024), is offering the Dean’s Scholarship to international students enrolling in January 2026. The award provides automatic tuition fee reductions to support global talent and celebrate student success.

Eligibility Criteria for Ulster University Dean’s Scholarship 2026

1. You must be classified as an international, self-funding student paying the international tuition fee rate to qualify for this award.
2. You must also hold an offer for a full-time programme delivered on one of our campuses in Northern Ireland (Belfast, Coleraine or Derry~Londonderry), commencing in January 2026 and meet any academic and/or English language conditions as stated in your offer letter.
3. Students applying to our MBBS, part-time or eLearning programmes, or to programmes delivered at our branch campuses (London, Birmingham or Manchester) are not eligible for this award.
4. These combined scholarship awards apply to the first year of undergraduate study only and are not renewable for subsequent years.

Benefits of Ulster University Dean’s Scholarship 2026

1. £1,500 tuition fee discount for all international students (January 2026 entry).
2. Additional £2,000 International Scholarship = £3,500 total reduction.
3. For certain Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences programmes: £2,200 enhanced scholarship = £4,200 total reduction.
