The Duration of the UNU internship is six months, and the fellows will work at the UNU headquarters in Tokyo from August to late February 2025. Eligibility Criteria for UNU Junior Fellows Internship 2025/26 in Tokyo, Japan (PAID)

1. The Internship is open to all Nationals.
2. Pursuing or completing postgraduate studies (Master’s/Doctoral) in a relevant field.
3. Under 32 years old at application.
4. Maximum 5 years of related work experience.
5. Native/fluent English (written & spoken).
6. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
7. Ability to work effectively with diverse people.
8. Resourceful and creative problem-solver.
9. Advanced computer skills (MS Office proficiency, Excel preferred).
10. Interest in the UN and UNU’s work.
