Eligibility Criteria for Wigwe university Merit-Based Scholarship 2025

  1. Candidates must have chosen Wigwe University, Isiokpo, as their first choice and must score a minimum of 150 in the UTME.
  2. Candidates must ensure that their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB.
  3. Candidates whose O’Level results are being awaited are advised to upload them to JAMB as soon as the results are released.
  4. Candidates who fail to upload their Results to JAMB will not be considered.
  5. Candidates who did not choose Wigwe University as their first-choice university but scored the required cut-off mark may also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB Website and effect a change of their institution of first choice to Wigwe University before the close of the Change of Institution application process on the JAMB Portal.

  2. Benefit: 60% tuition discount

2. Board of Trustees Chairman’s Scholarship

  1. Eligibility: JAMB score between 250 and 299
  2. Benefit: 50% tuition discount

3. Pro-Chancellor’s Merit Scholarship

  1. Eligibility: JAMB score between 220 and 249
  2. Benefit: 40% tuition discount

4. Vice-Chancellor’s Academic Scholarship

  1. Eligibility: JAMB score between 180 and 219
  2. Benefit: 30% tuition discount
