Eligibility Criteria for Brightmine HR Scholarship 2025

To apply for a Brightmine HR Scholarship, you must satisfy the following criteria:

1. You have been accepted and are ready to begin your master’s program within six months. Your applied master’s program must be related to Human Resources (e.g., Talent Management, Performance Management, HR & Employee Relations, HR Technology)
2. You can provide an official transcript showing an undergraduate Lower Second-Class Honours (2:2) (50-59%) or higher.
3. You are a citizen or permanent resident of the United Kingdom

Benefits of Brightmine HR Scholarship 2025

Successful applicants will receive a grant of £1,000 (UK), depending on their region, towards tuition for the 2025-2026 academic year. Successful scholars will also receive free access to the Brightmine HR & Compliance Center throughout the duration of their master’s program.

How to Apply

Complete your online application on the ISTS website. Please have the following prepared to submit:

1. An official college transcript in English from an accredited institution.
2. A 750–1000-word, non-AI-generated written essay answering “How do you see the role of HR changing in the next 3-5 years?”
3. A 2-minute video sharing, “What inspired you to pursue a career in HR, and what does this scholarship opportunity mean to you?”
