Cape Breton University is currently inviting applications from eligible domestic and international students for their Entrance Scholarships for undergraduate students who wish to enroll in a degree program at the University. Cape Breton University Entrance Scholarships are available for enrolling applicants.

Through the generous contributions of donors, $2.6 million in scholarships and bursaries are offered to students entering CBU each year. Students entering direct from high school are considered for entrance scholarships based on their academic grades.

1. Chancellor’s Scholarship: $30,000 total ($7,500 per year)
2. President’s Scholarship: $20,000 total ($5,000 per year)
3. Deans’ Scholarship: $10,000 total ($2,500 per year)
4. Fitzgerald Scholarship: $20,000 total ($5,000 per year)
5. Schwartz Scholarship: $14,000 total ($3,500 per year)
6. W.M. Reid Scholarship: $11,500 total (first year $4,000, second year $2,500)
